Borowina ointment is a medicine that brings relief in the so-called diseases. rheumatism and in patients with musculoskeletal injuries (including sports injuries).

Dosage
With a light massage, rub a small amount of the ointment (about 1-2 cm of the ointment squeezed out of the tube) into the skin around the affected joints and muscles until absorbed. Use 1 to 3 times a day for about 2-3 weeks.

Ingredients
100.0 g of the medicinal product contains:
The active substance:
40.0 g of aqueous peloid extract;

Auxiliary substances:
0.5 g of pine oil; 0.1 g of ethyl parahydroxybenzoate; 59.4 g of cholesterol ointment (base composition: liquid paraffin, solid paraffin, white petrolatum, cholesterol).

Action
The main ingredient of peloid ointment is water peloid extract and a diadermal base, thanks to which biologically active peloid compounds can easily penetrate the skin. This medium has a high ability to bind the aqueous peloid extract, forming W / O emulsions. The biologically active ingredients of peloid contained in the aqueous peloid extract are mainly humic acids (humic and fulvic acids) and numerous ions: calcium, magnesium, sodium, bromine, iodine, estrogen, tannins and other valuable microelements. The anti-inflammatory properties of the ointment have been used to treat many diseases of the joints and spine.

Indications

  • Rheumatoid arthritis (RA)
  • Ankylosing Spondylitis (AS)
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Cervical, shoulder and lumbar pain syndromes
  • after injuries of the musculoskeletal system


Contraindications
When not to use peloid ointment:

  • if you are allergic to the active substance or any of the other ingredients of this medicine
  • in children, do not use the drug on damaged skin (eg wounds, burns), 
  • contact with the eyes should be avoided while using the drug, 
  • not recommended for use on large areas of the body.

Side effects
There were no side effects or exacerbations of the disease symptoms. In the event of any undesirable effects, discontinue use of the drug and inform your doctor about them

Maść borowinowa to lek przynoszący ulgę w chorobach tzw. reumatycznych i u pacjentów po urazach narządu ruchu (również urazach sportowych).

Dawkowanie
Lekkim masażem wcierać do wchłonięcia niewielkie ilości maści (około 1-2 cm maści wyciśniętej z tubki) w skórę w okolicę chorych stawów i mięśni. Stosować 1 do 3 razy dziennie, przez ok. 2-3 tygodnie.

Skład
W 100,0 g produktu leczniczego znajduje się:
Substancja czynna:
40,0 g wodnego wyciągu borowinowego;

Substancje pomocnicze:
0,5 g olejku sosnowego; 0,1 g etyluparahydroksybenzoesanu; 59,4 g maści cholesterolowej (podłoże oskładzie: parafina ciekła, parafina stała, wazelina biała,cholesterol).

Działanie
Głównym składnikiem maści borowinowej jest wodny wyciąg borowinowy oraz podłoże diadermalne, dzięki któremu aktywne biologicznie związki borowin mogą łatwo przenikać przez skórę. Podłoże to wykazuje dużą zdolność wiązania wodnego wyciągu borowinowego, tworząc emulsje typu W/O. Aktywne biologicznie składniki borowin zawarte w wodnym wyciągu borowinowym to głównie kwasy humusowe (huminowe i fulwokwasy) oraz liczne jony: wapnia, magnezu, sodu, bromu, jodu, ciała estrogenie, garbniki i inne cenne mikroelementy. Właściwości przeciwzapalne maści wykorzystano w leczeniu wielu chorób stawów i kręgosłupa.

Przeciwskazania
Kiedy nie stosować maści borowinowej:

jeśli pacjent ma uczulenie na substancję czynną lub którykolwiek z pozostałych składników tego leku
u dzieci,nie stosować leku na uszkodzoną skórę (np. rany, oparzenia), 
w trakcie stosowania leku należy unikać kontaktu z oczami, 
nie zaleca się stosowania na duże powierzchnie ciała.
Działania niepożądane
Nie stwierdzono działań ubocznych ani zaostrzeń objawów choroby. W przypadku wystąpienia jakichkolwiek objawów niepożądanych należy przerwać stosowanie leku, poinformować o nich lekarza

Stosowanie innych leków
Należy powiedzieć lekarzowi lub farmaceucie o wszystkich lekach stosowanych przez pacjenta obecnie lub ostatnio, a także o lekach, które pacjent planuje stosować.

Ciąża i karmienie piersią
Jeśli pacjentka jest w ciąży lub karmi piersią, przypuszcza że może być w ciąży lub gdy planuje mieć dziecko, powinna poradzić się lekarza lub farmaceuty przed zastosowaniem tego leku.

Stosowanie leku u dzieci i młodzieży
Brak danych na temat bezpieczeństwa stosowania leku w tej grupie wiekowej. Z tego względu nie zaleca się stosowania leku u dzieci.
