Directions
Adults: Take 1 rounded scoop daily (approx 5 g). Mix with at least 10-12 oz of water, juice, or your favorite beverage and drink immediately. This product may be taken in two separate half scoop (approx. 2.5 g) servings twice daily. Children (6-12 years): one third (approx 1.65 g) the adult dosage. Use Super colon cleanse about every 2 months and for no more than 10 days at a time.
