NOW combines two essential nutrients that have been extensively researched for their benefits to bones, teeth, and cardiovascular health. Vitamin D3 helps transport and absorb calcium, and recent studies suggest that it might have a role in regulating insulin action and glucose metabolism, as well as its involvement in the immune system. Additionally, Vitamin K is necessary for the production of a healthy and strong bone matrix, as well as helping with calcium metabolism in arterial structures. Vitamin K2 is an active and readily available form of Vitamin K.
Take 1 capsule 1 to 2 times daily with food.
