Sachol Żel stomatologiczny 10g

Sachol dental gel is an anti-inflammatory, analgesic and topical disinfectant for use in the oral cavity. The gel is used in inflammation of the oral mucosa, gingivitis and periodontal diseases.

Composition
The active substances are choline salicylate (Cholini salicylas) and cetalkonium chloride (Cetalkonii chloridum).
1 g of gel contains 87.1 mg of choline salicylate and 0.1 mg of cetalkonium chloride.

Excipients: hydroxyethyl cellulose, methyl parahydroxybenzoate, propyl parahydroxybenzoate, glycerol, anise oil, ethanol 96%, purified water.

Dosage
Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as directed by your doctor or pharmacist. If in doubt, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

The gel is applied in the mouth, on the mucosa or on the gums. After application of the drug, you should not drink or eat for approx. 30 minutes.

The recommended dosage of Sachol gel is to apply a small amount of the drug to the affected area 2 or 3 times a day and rub lightly for about 2 minutes. After application, the gel remains on the surface of the oral mucosa for several minutes.

Action
The main component of the drug - choline salicylate has local anti-inflammatory and mild analgesic properties. Cetalkonium chloride enhances the analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects of the drug. The substances present in the vehicle: methyl parahydroxybenzoate and propyl parahydroxybenzoate in the concentrations contained in the drug have a disinfecting effect.

Indications
The indications for the use of Sachol are inflammation of the oral mucosa as well as erosions and ulcers in the mouth. The gel can be used in gingivitis or periodontitis.

Sachol żel stomatologiczny to lek przeciwzapalny, przeciwbólowy i miejscowo odkażającym do stosowania w jamie ustnej. Żel stosuje się w stanach zapalnych błony śluzowej jamy ustnej, zapaleniach dziąseł czy chorobach przyzębia.

Skład
Substancjami czynnymi leku są choliny salicylan (Cholini salicylas) i cetalkoniowy chlorek (Cetalkonii chloridum).

Żel stosuje się w jamie ustnej, na błonę śluzową lub dziąsła. Po aplikacje leku nie należy przez ok. 30 min pić ani jeść.

Zalecana dawkowanie żelu Sachol to 2 lub 3 razy dziennie nanieść niewielką ilość leku na chorobowo zmienione miejsce i lekko wcierać przez ok. 2 min. Po zastosowaniu, żel utrzymuje się przez kilka minut na powierzchni błony śluzowej jamy ustnej.

Działanie
Główny składnik leku – choliny salicylan działa miejscowo przeciwzapalnie i słabo przeciwbólowo. Cetalkoniowy chlorek wzmacnia działanie przeciwbólowe i przeciwzapalne leku. Występujące w podłożu: metylu parahydroksybenzoesan i propylu parahydroksybenzoesan w stężeniach zawartych w leku wykazują działanie odkażające.

Wskazania
Wskazaniami do zastosowania leku Sachol są stany zapalne błony śluzowej jamy ustnej a także nadżerki i owrzodzenia jamy ustnej. Żel można stosować w zapaleniu dziąseł czy chorobach przyzębia.
